Coastal Forest is a location in the Tomb Raider (2013) game. The player visits this location in the Signs of Life and Woman versus Wild sections of the game.
It starts after leaving the Sheltered Ridge base camp for the first time ends when Lara finds Mathias and Sam.
This is mainly a hunting ground. When Lara first visits here her main objective is to get the bow from the Dead Hunter and kill a deer for food. After that she explores an old bunker like structure.
The first totems of the Ghost Hunter side quest can be found in this location, as well as at least two secrets: Yamazaki's Journal and Japanese Noh Mask.
