Lara will encounter these Mutants in the Antarctica.
There are two kinds, small ones and big ones.
The small have a poisonous yellow breath. Lara has to take a Medipack, if she inhales it. Otherwise they cannot do her any harm.
The big ones will attack with their claw arm.
