There are many monoliths standing around in [[Syria]] and [[Siberia]]. [[Lara]] needs to decode them in order to find certain [[Secrets]], e.g. [[Coin Caches]]. To do so she needs a certain level of [[Language Proficiency]]. E.g. to translate the first monolith in the game, [[Rise of the Tomb Raider Locations|located]] at the [[Northwest Border of Syria]], first visited in the [[Level]] [[The Lost Tomb]], she has to have a [[Greek]] level of 1; to increase her Greek language proficiency to that level she has to find and examine at least three of the four [[Murals]] located in the chamber with the Monolith.
