Today [[Square Enix]] and [[Dark Horse]] announced the title of the upcoming [[Comic]] series: The first issue of "[[Tomb Raider: Survivor's Crusade]]" will be available starting 22 November 2017.<ref>http://tombraider.tumblr.com/post/162909723950 Official Tomb Raider Blog</ref>

The new series will continue [[Lara Croft (Reboot)|Lara Croft]]'s journey after the events of [[Rise of the Tomb Raider]]: After the encounter with the shady organization [[Trinity]] and [[Ana]]'s hints at Lara's [[Richard Croft (Reboot)|father]] shortly before her assassination, Lara sets out to finally get to the bottom of who was responsible for his death. But instead of answers all she finds is more questions.

Responsible for the next installment of the comics will be a new team of authors ans artists: Stories will be written by [[Jackson Lanzing]] and [[Collin Kelly]], drawings will be by [[Ashley Woods]], and colouring will be done by [[Michael Atiyeh]]. The cover of the first issue will be illustrated by [[Hannah Fisher]]. The team will also be making an appeareance at the [[San Diego Comic Con]] on 20 July at the Dark Horse booth from 10 to 11:50 a.m.
