The '''Lost Fleet of Kublai Khan''' is what the expedition of the [[Endurance]] was looking for, but before it reached Asia it was shipwrecked by a massive storm. The Endurance's team, among them young [[Lara  Croft]] was stranded on an island where they have to fight for survival against the mysterious [[Scavengers]].

==Historical Precedent==
In 1274 and 1281 Mongol emperor [[Kublai Khan]], after conquering China, used to invade Japan twice, each time by means of a large fleet. Both times his fleet never reached Japan because of major typhoons. Because of these failed attempts Kublai Khan ultimately gave up on his invasion plans.
