The following users keep posting non-TR related adverts in Japanese or Chinese;

Jawcrusher (aka Crusher007)
Netbaiker
Wuhanaihua

I've deleted a large number of nonsense pages from them (I'd have to post about 50 links) and feel that they or their IPs should be banned. I'm happy to be made an Admin of WikiRaider if there is nobody else around to Admin.
