The upcoming tenth title of the series, which is will be called Rise of the Tomb Raider, was revealed at E3 on June, 10th 2014. It is scheduled for release in late 2015 (holidays). After the traumatising events of the last "Tomb Raider" Lara Croft has to deal with accepting her fate as an adventurer.

Simultaneously the next instalment of the arcade style Lara Croft titled games Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was revealed. It follows in the steps of the critically acclaimed Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. Set in ancient Egypt it features a four player multiplayer with three more playable characters besides Lara herself.
