Sleeping with the Fishes is the fourth level in the Tomb Raider III add-on The Lost Artefact.
After exiting through the tunnel in Shakespeare Cliff, Lara discovers a secret underwater facility where employees of SL Inc. have been using the powers of the Hand of Rathmore to mutate humans into vicious fauna. After encountering many guards and scuba divers, Lara is able to obtain two mutant samples and face off against mutated specimens, which turn out to be aggressive towards her.
The level is largely water-based, with plenty of huge underwater areas to explore in. The level also yields the first opportunity to pick the Desert Eagle and the Grenade Launcher.

Secrets
