There are two types of Resources in Rise of the Tomb Raider: Common and exotic. While the common resources can be found quite easily, Lara has to actively seek out the uncommon ones, like the Hide of the Alpha Wolf. Lara can use these resources to craft other items, for example Poison Arrows.
