The Relay Box is an item found in Opera House in Tomb Raider II.
Lara finds it under the stage. After opening the trapdoor on the stage she reaches a flooded area. The Relay Box lies at the foot of a ladder leading up from the water.
It is needed in order for Lara to use the elevator.
