Even though Mexico is a popular location for adventurers and archaeologists, Lara only travelled there in the Comics.
Lara and her colleague Chase Carver are invited to a dig site by an old friend, Vanessa Fenway. When they arrive there by Jeep, they are confronted with a Pteranodon.
