Actor Jon Voight (born 29 December 1938), who is actually the Father of Angelina Jolie, plays Lara's father Richard Croft in Tomb Raider The Movie

Voight won the Best Actor Oscar in 1978 for his role as Luke Martin in "Coming Home".
