House of the Afflicted is one of the Challenge Tombs in Rise of the Tomb Raider. It is the first one upon entering the Remnant Village in the Geothermal Valley. From the upper part of the village one has to cross the river and follow the wooden walkways, then use a rope arrow to swing across the gap to reach a yard where Lara is attacked by four wolves. The tomb is through the gate here. The codex found at the end of the tomb is Fast Healer.
