Big Head Enemies

Big Head Enemies is one of the Expedition Cards in Rise of the Tomb Raider to be used in one of the Expeditions, like Score Attack, Chapter Replay, Chapter Replay Elite, Remnant Resistance and Endurance Mode. If equipped, enemies have larger heads, thus making it easier to perform a headshot and take less body damage.
Enemies have large heads and take less body damage.
