Green Lizards

The Green Lizard is an opponent Lara meets in Tomb Raider III, in the South Pacific part, in the Madubu Gorge and Temple of Puna levels.
It has a poisonous breath. Meaning even one attack by them can be fatal unless you use a medipack or medi crystal (on the PC version).
